✔ noise monitors and exterior cameras for safety – no interior cameras

smoking and noise monitors (minut) are installed in the pool area, garage, and hallway Exterior security cameras are located at the pool, garage, front door, and deck. We use Minut noise sensors outside and one Minut smoking detector inside. The Minut devices do not record or listen to conversations—they simply monitor overall noise levels to help prevent disturbances. It's a privacy-safe way to keep things peaceful and enjoyable for all guests and our community.
all guests must go through pet screening Additional fee to bring up to two dogs under 50 lbs each (must be approved in advance) required. Unauthorized animals on property will be charged $350/animal. Service Animal Notice: Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal to avoid paying pet charges is illegal in South Carolina (§ 47-3-980) and may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund.
